The Blue Diamond Recruitment team at the Greater BYPY Awards 2026.
On Thursday 24 September, the Blue Diamond Recruitment team had the pleasure of attending the Greater Birmingham Young Professional of the Year (BYPY) Awards 2026 at Birmingham Town Hall, celebrating some of the region’s talented young professionals and emerging business leaders.
This year was particularly special for us, as our Co-Founder and Director, Daniel Court, was shortlisted as a finalist in the Start-ups & Entrepreneurship category.
Birmingham Town Hall provided an impressive setting for the Greater BYPY Awards 2026.
Celebrating Start-ups & Entrepreneurship
Being named as a finalist was a fantastic achievement for Dan and an incredibly proud moment for everyone at Blue Diamond Recruitment.
Since co-founding Blue Diamond Recruitment, Dan has played an integral role in establishing and growing the business, maintaining and building long-term relationships across the construction and built environment sectors and helping us reach some exciting milestones along the way.
“Being shortlisted for Greater BYPY was a really proud moment, particularly at such an exciting stage in Blue Diamond Recruitment’s journey. To be recognised alongside so many talented professionals and entrepreneurs from across Birmingham was a fantastic achievement and I’m incredibly excited about what’s still to come for us.”
Daniel Court, Co-Founder & Director
While Dan didn’t take home the award on the evening, being recognised amongst such a strong group of entrepreneurs and young professionals is an achievement we are extremely proud of.
A Fantastic Evening at Birmingham Town Hall
The historic Birmingham Town Hall provided a fantastic setting for the evening, bringing together finalists, nominees and professionals from across the Greater Birmingham business community.
It was a brilliant opportunity to catch up with familiar faces, make new connections and celebrate the achievements of so many talented individuals and businesses from across the region.
Celebrating the evening with Dan’s family and the Blue Diamond team at the Greater BYPY Awards.
A huge congratulations to all of the 2026 finalists and award winners on their achievements.
We would also like to thank Sarah Griffiths, President, Henrietta Brealey, CEO and Sophie Poduval-Morrell, Head of Future Faces, together with everyone involved in organising and delivering such a fantastic evening.
Another Milestone for Blue Diamond Recruitment
Being represented amongst this year’s finalists marks another exciting milestone for Blue Diamond Recruitment as we continue to grow the business and strengthen our presence across the construction and built environment sectors.
We’re incredibly proud of what Dan has achieved and it was fantastic to be there as a team to celebrate the occasion.
